1. Use of the Website

2. Products & Descriptions
All products sold by Hemingway’s Workshop are handcrafted or small-batch produced. Because of the natural characteristics of wood and handmade items:
Variations in grain, color, texture, and finish are normal
Minor differences from product photos may occur
These variations are not considered defects
We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
Product availability
Errors in pricing or descriptions
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
4. Shipping & Processing
Most items are made to order.
Processing times are listed on individual product pages
Shipping times vary by location and carrier
Hemingway’s Workshop is not responsible for carrier delays once an item has shipped
Tracking information will be provided when available.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Because many items are handmade or made to order:
Returns and exchanges are handled case by case
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged:
Contact us promptly with photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue
Hemingway’s Workshop is not responsible for items marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.
7. Product Use & Safety
Our products are intended for decorative or intended functional use only as described on the product page.
LED products use low-voltage lighting and should be used as directed
Lanterns and wooden décor should not be exposed to open flames unless explicitly designed for that purpose
Outdoor use should be limited to covered or protected areas unless otherwise stated
Hemingway’s Workshop is not responsible for misuse of products.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, product designs, logos, and graphics — is the property of Hemingway’s Workshop and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Fan-Inspired Designs Disclaimer
Some products may be fan-inspired décor. Unless explicitly stated, Hemingway’s Workshop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional sports teams, universities, organizations, or trademark holders.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hemingway’s Workshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our products.
